Her arms wrapped around his waist as she considered ignoring the question. It was kind of inevitable though. They were going to have to deal with the fallout from all of this. Really, I don't know. I mean Rae is going to be super pissed and Ralph...well, he basically admitted he still has feelings for me so that's going to be super fun. Really, she wasn't sure how much she cared though. She didn't want to hurt anyone, but they got to be happy too. Maybe some day everyone would get to where they felt the same, but she just wanted this to be okay for a little while. I don't want to think about it though. Actually I'm going to turn my phone off until we leave tomorrow. That chat is gonna be the death of me.

Yea, he said something about it yesterday when we were texting. Apparently he's jumped on the indecision bandwagon. He wants Raven but he's just now figured out where he screwed up with me, so he's going back and forth a little bit. She admitted, sitting up and backing away slightly so that she could look at him. There was definitely going to be some conflict over it, but nothing they couldn't handle. But just think. You'll be leaving for two weeks when we get back, so you'll get a beak from it at least. So you really don't even have to think about it again for a while. Her on the other hand...yea, that was going to suck.

They really needed to figure it out so that they could go back to enjoyin their trip instead of fighting. His not so subtle accusation amused her to no end though. Even putting her hand over her mouth couldn't conceal the giggles completely as she fell forward against his shoulder. "Seriously? Ralph? Yea, he annoys me because he throws the fact that he stayed with me when I was on lock down at Ravens. And yes I'm still pretty ticked about how things went down, but if anything...babe I'm sorry because I know he's one of your best friends, but I hate him. Well it was a little late for that with the blow up in the chat sweetheart. He said dryly. He raised an eyebrow at her as she giggled and fell against his shoulder. His look was still unamused So you're still angry at your ex for breaking up with you...because he didn't..try harder to make it work? Gemini had always thought Ralph had been an idiot for dumping Dani over something that was, at least in his opinion, stupid. Are you sure you don't want to leave this open for you to explore that further? He asked trying to keep the bit of bitterness out of his tone. Well you strip with a guy it kind of forges a bond.. He said quietly his expression turning amused if only for a few seconds. He shook his head, the girl one of his best bros wanted to date, declared she couldn't be his friend and hated him and now the girl he was dating hated another one of his best friends. He should get Ryan and Ralph together and they could all just hide out in Ryan's garage.

There was no way she was going to be able to reclaim her good mood now. Gem was just bound and determined to keep dwelling on all the bad things instead of just moving on. Maybe this was his way of getting things back to how he liked them instead of being a real couple. "Gem...babe seriously. Ralph is not a thing. He never will be. It's done. Now if you want me to try and come to some sort of impasse so that it's not weird for you...then fine. I can try the being friends thing. Just whatever. I don't want to fight anymore. Please?" If he kept it up, she was going back to the closet just to get away from the negative vibes.

He chewed his lip Well I don't know now, if Ralph has feelings for you then I don't know if it would be wise for me to recommend a friendship between the two of you but at the same time.. Even after he smiled, Dani stayed on the other end of the couch, lost in her own head. She thought about calling in that favor to Raven, though it was more like making Raven do something for herself. Things might be a little easier around Ralph if he moved on and they weren't in that constant push and pull between ex and friends. Still, she wasn't going to say anything else to Gem about it.
The snow wasn't gone, but it seemed to be slowing down as she stood up and walked towards the window the couch was facing. It was freezing outside and beautiful in a way she couldn't explain despite her hatred of all things cold. She was already dressed in warm clothes...so maybe...Hey gem...there's another pair of shoes in the bag.. She started, turning to grin at him mischievously. You have exactly five minutes to change before I leave your butt on the couch, loser. Without even looking to see if he was going to follow her, Dani turned towards the closet to grab the heavy jacket and boots she had thrown in there last night. This was either going to be her best or worst idea of the day.

He watched her, a curious expression on his face Finnneee. He playfully whined from the couch before pushing off of it as he moved to his feet. He quickly went to the room changing out of the still damp shirt he was wearing into a V-neck sweater. He found the other pair of boots Dani had packed and slipped them on his feet. They weren't a nice as the pair he had lost but they'd do. Walking back into the living room area he grabbed his jacket off the back of the couch where he had left it. What now?

A sly grin crossed her face as she reached over to grab his hand. Well, we could go down to the lounge and play board games with everyone else that's stranded in here. She laughed, shaking her head at the idea. Maybe if they were stuck in there for a little while longer she'd consider it, but it was too soon for that now. Or we can brave the outdoors for a while. You know, snowball fight, the big move in the snow... And with that, she let go of his hand and ran out the door, making sure to shut it slightly so that it might slow him down a little bit.

He said pointing toward the window but there was a smile on his face that said he was more than willing to do it again. He narrowed his eyes when she took off out the door into the snow Hey! Not fair! He yelled chasing after her, stalling for a moment to pull the door open more. Once he was outside he scooped up some snow in his hands pressing it into a ball and throwing it at her back.

The cold snow hit her square in the back, making her squeal as some of it landed just right to melt in her hair. It was definitely on. Ducking behind a bench, she grabbed her own snowball and lobbed it in his general direction before running farther down the hill. Her excitement was visible, even when she lost her balance and fell over in the deep snow. Instead of standing straight up, she laid there for a long minute, laughing breathlessly and waiting for Gem to catch up.

Seeing the snow ball Gemini laughed and spun to the side out of it's way. The snow ball landed with a plop next to him in the snow. He walked up to where Dani laid in the snow, an amused look on his face. Really, you want to challenge me of all people to snowball fight? He gave her a playful yet sympathetic smile while shaking his head My silly silly girlfriend...the word felt weird on his tongue but he didn't dwell on it too much. He reached down offering her his hand to help her up Are you alright?
