The afternoon sky was dark and grey, making Raelynn frown. Recently, the temperatures have been plummeting and Raelynn's fire based ability was basically the only thing that kept her warm. She was sitting in a booth waiting to meet Ryan for lunch. She didn't know much about him other than he knew Gemini well and he did a cool fire thing like that guy in Fantastic Four. She tapped her red boots again the tile floor and smile at one of her...Becca's cousin people. They still hadn't really gotten used to her being around and Raelynn was starting to think that maybe she should have chosen somewhere else to meet Ryan. |

Even though the air was starting to get cooler he had only needed to throw a jacket over his undershirt to stay warm. Unfortunately he had gotten called in for an emergency repair before lunch which meant he hadn't had time to change into something more suitable or clean. He had tried to scub the grease off of his hands the best he could but they were still stained. He had managed to tear another hole in his jeans, it was about time to buy another pair all together. He hoped she wouldn't mind. He pulled open the door walking in the diner glancing around before he spotted the familiar blonde. Hey What's up? he said with a wave.

Raelynn grinned when she saw him. He was covered in what looked like grease or something, and although it didn't bother her in the least, she felt a little over dressed. That morning she had just felt like dressing up more than a pair of jeans and a Rolling Stones t-shirt and now she thought maybe it looked like she was trying to impress him or something, "Nothing really. Starving. And yourself?" She asked, waving her cousin over so that they could order something to drink.

Looking down at her cell phone case, Raelynn picked it up and grinned, "Right? It's signed by Chris Evans on the inside." She popped the case off of her phone and showed it to him excitedly, "I bought it on his website." She then turned the phone around and showed him her background, "And Star Lord is still there, no worries." Carefully putting the case back on the phone, Raelynn put it down and leaned across the table like she was going to say something quietly, "Secret time, don't tell Gemini!" Raelynn couldn't really tell but she smiled at him and nodded, "Yeah but stabbing me isn't the worst thing my mom has done to me so no worries." She ate another fry and started to feel a little tired. She didn't want to eat anymore and ended up pushing the plate away from her before getting to the burger. Dropping some money on the table, Raelynn stood up and motioned her head like she wanted him to follow her, "Care to go play with fire?"
