Raelynn slipped into the driver's seat of her Camaro SS, and turned the key in the ignition, letting the engine roar to life loudly. She was just about to turn on the radio when he spoke. The words confused her for a moment and she could tell that her eyes went large in response. Raelynn's head snapped and looked in his direction and she could feel her face flush for some reason she didn't understand, "Uh...No." She said quietly, "We're not." Biting her lower lip, Raelynn moved to back onto the road and head toward Calloway.

His whole body can essentially become a living flame. In this form he's technically not solid so things can pass through him and it's likely they won't make it to the other side. He has the ability to only turn certain parts of his body into flames though this is harder to do without proper training and concentration He doesn't like to change because he can easily set things on fire or burn people without the proper amount of control. At this point his power has been directly connected with his emotions, he puts a whole knew meaning to the term 'hot headed 'His biggest weakness is his lack of confidence with his power and his ability to control it. There's also the issue of people with cryokinesis being his biggest threat.

He stared out the window watching the passing scenery for a minute. He was starting to like spending time with her but at the same time the last thing Ryan would ever want to do is come into town and cross all kinds of bro code lines, but if they weren't together did it really count? He bit his lip trying to figure out what to say. Ryan would never describe himself as shy but at the same time he wasn't exactly outgoing either. Sure that her reaction was completely visible fromt he passenger seat, Raelynn turned her head toward the driver side window to make a sad attempt at hiding her completely shock. And honestly, the shock was not only for the fact that he asked her, but also because the words came out of her mouth before she could really stop them, "I would like that." Would she? I mean he was fun, he liked Captain America, his power was way cooler than Gemini's, and then there is the whole 'actually trying to date me' thing that made her smile a little. Yeah, she would like that, "When?"

At first he didn't know how to take the look of shock visible on her face. Maybe he had broken some bro code, He knew Gemini and Raelynn's relationship was complicated. Then he worried that what if he had offended her, who would want to date a guy who hadn't even managed to finish high school, anyway. He stared down at his hands feeling stupid for asking and wishing that he could take it back. Raelynn was turning onto Main Street in Calloway, smiling as she pulling to a stop in a parking spot near the mechanic shop, "Okay." She grinned, "Tomorrow night sounds perfect." She could feel the color rising in her face and once again her fire power was causing her cheeks to burn bright red. Being warm all the times was not necessarily the best when you're trying to hide your emotions. She could tell by looking at her hand that they were starting to glow red hot and she moved them away from the steering wheel to keep from damaging it, "Is here okay, or do you want me to take you home?" She giggled nervously, "I don't actually know where you live."

He noticed her hands starting to glow but decided not to say anything. Pulling her hands into fists, Raelynn tried to calm her nerves as she nodded and grinned brightly. She never was very good at hiding emotions. It was either wear your heart on your sleeve mode or deep, dark, scary black hole for a heart mode. It wasn't the first time that she was wishing for a happy medium between those feelings. She nodded and waved, "Bye, Ryan." When she had thought he was gone and couldn't see her, she started bouncing in her seat like a toddler who just found out it was their birthday. She wondered if Ryan had any idea that it was her first date ever. Probably not. Biting her lip to try and keep herself from smiling too wide, Raelynn back out of the parking spot and started heading back to campus.
