Willa's power of age manipulation is very broad, while being very specific at the same time. First, she can control her age at will. Whatever age she fancies to be, Willa can simply look at herself in the mirror and make herself that age. There are limitations tot he power that are worth mentioning. The first, it that she must be looking at herself in the mirror. She also can not make herself younger than the age where she originally obtained the power. In that case, it means she will never be younger than thirteen. She can use her power on herself whenever she wants but the more years she ages herself back, the more of a headache she will get. She has never tried to age herself back more than fifteen years at a time and is unsure of what may happen.
Although she doesn't know this, Willa can manipulate the ages of the people around her as well. She has never been formally trained in this ability and may never be trained in it, but that does not change the fact that the potential is there. Willa must be touching the person, skin to skin, and she must be looking in to their eyes. The limitations of Willa's ability as they pertain to other people are much more vast. For instance, she can not age someone younger than fifteen or older than thirty-five. She can only really do this for someone once every ten years or so and it can only be used once each time. his ability CAN keep someone else alive just like she keeps herself alive, but like I said it can only be used once every eight to ten years.
If she were to encounter a power negation SPB, there would be no drastic change. After she chooses her age, she begins to age at a regular rate until she uses her power again.

 Willa is an outgoing person who loves to get to know people and listen to their life stories. She likes to be out and around people but has a hard time getting any closer to them just as just a very friendly acquaintance. She doesn't let people in easily and will very rarely trust someone enough to tell them her life story. She is very mysterious most of the time and doesn't like to look or feel weak in front of others. she is currently 113 years old, though she won't ever tell anyone that of her own volition. She is an age manipulator, which means that she can choose what age she is, and can even choose the age of another person if she wants to. For Willa, I think making actual true friends would be very difficult. But she will have many of those friends who know her face and enjoy her company but don't know her very well. She owns a dive bar in town and loves to mingle with strangers so, after she has been in town for a while, it would be difficult not to know her. Willa can be a severe person, and if you are a needy, whiny, complainer she might just put you in your place. She is a huge proponent of the anti "First World Problems" thing. She doesn't like hearing people complain about problems that pale in comparison to the things she has seen in her life and won't hesitate to be straightforward and kind of rude about it. Willa, despite having promised herself she would never fall in love again, is a hopeless romantic. She dreams of a 'love at first sight' kind of situation that will pull her from her romantic slump and convince her that maybe love is worth all the pain she will feel when the leave her alone.
