When his hair gets especially long it starts to fall in his eyes. Gideon has a smallish Tattoo on his shoulder. It's the symbol of the man that raised him's gang.

PERSONALITY	From a young age Gideon was taught that showing emotions makes a man weak. Having this engrained into Gideon means he keeps his emotions buried deep and therefore finds it difficult to love, or get close to people. He doesn't get attached for the same reason, in his line of work attachment is a risk and therefore isn't acceptable. He doesn't trust people and he can't actually be considered trustworthy himself since he's manipulative. He's snarky, sarcastic and he is more often than not in a bad mood. However deep down he cares about people and would do anything for them. He's brave, determined and has a serious hero-complex. As a student he's a nightmare, he needs the training but isn't making it easy for the coaches or staff. He turns up for class but this is merely to keep up apperances. Gideon is a cameleon and can blend in anywhere, he has been known as a motormouth who runs his mouth off at almost everyone. He is however a smooth talked who can talk himself out of any situation. He's fiercely loyal unless it comes to his love life. He's not incredibley easy to get to know and he's always had girls to get information from them never because he loved them. He's a sweet guy though if you can get past his sarcasm.

HISTORY

Gideon's biological parents don't know that he is alive, he was conceived out of wedlock and the couples parents were the traditional and very strict so when they found out about the baby they got it put up for adoption and the made his parents believe he was born dead.  Gideon grew up in an orphanage but he coped pretty well, he was friendly and liked to help the other kids. He was fine until he was about eleven years old. Something weird happened, he kept going from one place to the next, the hospital he was born in, the park, school and the back to orphanage. At first he thought he was dreaming but as he later found out it was the early stages of his power manifesting. It was partly a dream and he was actually teleporting, he was between here and there.  Someone named Damien detected this slight power use and turned up at the orphanage door, a week later looking to adopt Gideon. All the proceedings went through. What noone realised was why the man was suddenly so desperate to adopt Gideon. Damien was in fact the mastermind behind a huge international organised crime gang and he was looking to recruit Super Powered Beings. He had a few working for him already, most were recruited when they were older and therefore people always questioned Damien's motives for adopting the boy. Damien showed himself to be a good father, he took Gideon camping, taught him to ride a bike. He also took him swimming once but that ended badly and Gideon never learnt to swim. When he was twelve though things started to change. Damien while still being a great father wanted his young charge to join the ranks of his organization, he started the boys training. It started with simple stuff, self-defense, picking pockets, Conning people. Gideon was young and impressionable so was eager to please. When Gideon turned thirteen his training took on a tougher turn. Damien told him that because he was older he needed a different handler, while Damien remained a part of the boys life his training was taken over by a man named Bruce. Bruce wasn't as forgiving as Damien, if Gideon made a mistake Bruce made sure he knew it by tossing him into sparring matches that were never fairly matched. Damien tried to stop it once but his judgement was then questioned so he let it continue. Any and all fear, emotion or attachment was quickly squashed in the harsh environment. Damien continued to watch over the boys training and when Gideon stepped out of line he made sure to correct the boy. It was more for the sake of his own name than because Gideon deserved it, truth was Damien didn't want anyone to think he had a weakness in the form of Gideon, even if he did. He explained to Gideon that he was adopted because noone else wanted him and he wasn't worthwhile to anyone, except if he were to work for Damien and his gang. After a lot of arguing and actual fighting Gideon agreed to join. He had also grown pretty close to the man even if denied it, and wanted to please him just like a son would a father. At the age of fifteen Gideon got his adoptive fathers mark tattooed onto his shoulder. It was a ritual of sorts and Gideon tried not to shout from the pain only to teleport into a random room in the underground hiding place. When he finally made his way back Gideon saw the smile on Damien's face, it was clear that the man had been waiting for that moment for a long time. Damien prepared more intense training sessions, he used the SPB's already hired to train Gideon to use his powers. It was hard on the young man as he tried to teleport on demand, and it drained his energy. Gradually he learnt to control it however he could never separate it from his emotions and whenever he was scared, he'd teleport somewhere he felt safe, which very often was his bedroom in Damien's house. As Gideon learnt to control his powers, Damien used him on some of the biggest heists on record. He broken into government vaults, Bank Vaults and the group even managed to steal some of the Queen of England's prized jewels. By the time Gideon turned sixteen he was a season criminal and he was one of Damien's top men. In fact he was Damien's right hand man and became known as the Phantom, since that's what the occasional witness recalled about him. Gideon was a great solider for Damien, his powers enabling him to be in and out of a building in seconds. Sometimes he'd just disable security systems and then other times he would teleport himself and precious goods outs. He was also a sort of delivery boy, he would deliver things sometimes illegal things to the various contacts of Damien. He thought he had his power pretty well worked out, until one day near his seventeenth birthday. Gideon had teleported a few times and was growing tired, he knew that he had to stop. However he was being taunted by those that thought he was just Damien's pet. This knocked his confidence and he felt the need to prove himself, so he continued to teleport a few more times. Until on his final teleport he didn't complete it and he got stuck in between where he was to where he was going. It's essentially empty space, blank space in time and space. It's like a vacuum, nothing gets in and nothing gets out not even time. Gideon was floating through this for a year but he actually had no idea how long it was. He tried teleporting out on many occasions but couldn't and he seriously thought he'd die stuck there. He had accepted his fate until he heard a voice, at least in his head it was. He wasn't sure who it was and he thought he was going stark crazy until he tried to jump again and he managed to get out of limbo. He teleported to a girl who had just joined Damien's ranks, she was in pain from a sparing match and her Telepathy was a little haywire. He helped the young woman heal up and the two became fast friends, he later learned that she'd been telepathically been contacting him since she was sixteen. Gideon was welcomed back to the group after Damien made it very clear that Gideon wasn't a pet and if anyone dared taunt him again they'd not like the consequences. Gideon was assigned to take care of a team of new recruits while he readjusted to life again. He noticed that there were some about the same age as him, these he took too and as he trained them up and they all learnt to control their abilities they along with Gideon formed an unstoppable group known as the Three T's. Gideon was teleportation, responsible for getting them in and out, the girl he was connected with was Telepathy, she was responsible for planting ideas inside the heads of guards that would make their job easier and then there was a younger guy, he was telekinesis he was responsible for controlling doors and weapons. There was also another girl who could generate forcefield's on their team. They became Damien's number one team, complete heists faster and more efficiently than any other group of individuals. They soon became living legends, since noone beloved they exsisted but people still told stories about the Vanishing thieves. At the age of nineteen Gideon wanted out, he wanted to try and have a normal life. This didn't go down well and he ended up in a fight that left him injured and unconscious. He unknowingly teleported in this condition and ended up stuck once again in between. He is currently trying to teleport out and scaring the life out of the residents of Calloway.

POWER DESCRIPTION	Gideon's power is that of teleportation which means he can travel instantaneously from one place to another without the occupying the space between. Gideon's power takes intense focus and lots of energy. The further the distance the more energy needed and the more concentration required. The same applies if he's teleporting objects or other people. He has a special link with a girl and he can feel where she is anywhere on the planet and teleport to her without any energy used, she's a telepath and has a telepathic link with him. However there is a major hitch, Gideon needs something from the place he's going to in order to make sure he gets there safely. He's got a good understanding of his power and can teleport on command when necessary. If he does however teleport without a 'anchor' from where he's going the chance that he gets stuck in between is increased. Being stuck between here and there is like a sort of limbo, he is conscious and alive but not really there. The space between here and there is known to him as nowhere, time doesn't even reach this dimension and so therefore if he gets stuck it can be for a few hours to a few years and he'd have no idea. He's only been stuck in nowhere once before and it was for a few months when he was sixteen, its still the subject of his nightmares. He's currently stuck in nowhere again and has been for a few weeks now, he's trying to teleport out but he teleported injured and unconscious and this drained his energy. In order to get out of nowhere he needs to make contact with someone who isn't stuck. Last time it was a Telepath that connected to him that did it. Everytime he tries to teleport out of nowhere those not trapped might see a flash of light, a puff of smoke or his actual figure just a little fuzzier.
