His ability works best through contact. He can negate others abilities if they are within three yards of him but it doesn't last very long and it takes more energy to do that. It is almost like a negating field. However if he is in contact with that person their powers are useless if he chooses. He can turn the power on and off at will. He can keep this up for a few hours. Granted he has to be touching the person. It does take energy to use the ability so if he is tiered or run down it doesn't work as well and sometimes not at all. If he uses it too long it can cause severe headaches and make him sick.

I lied. Well, it was the truth, but out of context. Look, Dani is the sweetest kid you've ever known if you don't look down on her for things that are out of her control. Gem is promiscuous, but he's got a heart of gold, and Ralph is seriously the most loyal guy ever, he just recently came in to his full powers and Raven is like, the only person who can handle him so she's perfectly fine. I just was trying to help my own sister and the best way to do that was to sabotage dani every chance I got so that she'd be vulnerable and it worked, really well.
