The water was rushing through the river channel at irregularly high speeds. Raelynn was biting her lip, concerned that she was being ridiculous. Why did she think this would help her conquer her fear of water? Especially fast, moving, rushing water that basically looked like it was out to kill people? Her logic didn't make a lick of sense. And it probably would have been better if she planned on doing this with Rebecca or something. At least then she would know that she wouldn't be drowning. But here she was, wearing an expensive pink scuba suit and being rushed into a water craft by some tour guide who looked like he wanted to be practically anywhere else.

The road was barely 100 feet away behind her and she knew her car was sitting, dry and waiting for her to changed her mind suddenly and run away. The keys were in the center console just begging her to come back. Shaking, Raelynn took a step back from the boat and the tour guide rolled his eyes, "Look," He said in a bored voice, "Either your coming or you're not but there are no refunds." 

Now, Raelynn didn't care about the money. In fact, she couldn't even tell you how much it had cost her to get everything ready for this stupid, stupid idea. But being told what to do, and being looked down on the way this guy was looking down on her, just made Raelynn want to singe his eye brows off. She was contemplating a way to do it when he spoke again, "Lady, I promise it's not as crazy as you think." Not that he didn't seem totally qualified to make that claim, but Raelynn narrowed her blue eyes at him and resisted the urge to push him in the river.

"My name is Raelynn." She snapped, "And I will give you $1000 tip to shut up, kay?" It was clear she was not having any of his negativity and, dollar signs floating in his eyes, the kid silently returned to the raft and slid onto a seat, leaning back so he could get comfortable. Sighing, Raelynn glanced back up at the road, hoping someone would happen by and want to go rafting with her. Maybe it would be less terrifying if she had someone to go with.

[attr="class","woot"] friends Octavia is a spunky, fun-loving girl with a power that automatically drawing people towards her. She loves to have a good like and party and can be blunt, but always in a fun, not-trying-to-be-mean kind of way. She loves her friends and spends most of her time chilling out listening to music or dancing like a crazy person. Like her brother, she doesn't care what other people think of her at all which just makes life that much better as one of Octavia's friends.

[attr="class","woot"] lovers Octavia can get around, not because she is a slut by choice but because she is generally on drug because of her power of ecstasy manipulation. The nature of the drug makes it hard to resist anything that feels good or sounds like fun. Most of the time in the past, she tried to contain it to one FWB but he hasn't been around so it could get a little messy.

[attr="class","woot"] enemies Octavia is blunt. She is never trying to be mean or hurt people but someone might not like her because of it. She is also constantly trying to explain that her power gives the high of a drug without the side effects like lost brain cells and all that, but there are plenty of DARE officers that wouldn't like her at all.
