PERSONALITY	Braxton is one of the most random people you will ever meet, and I am not talking in a 'hyperactive' kind of way. He has mood swings and can be very judgmental. He will be your best friend one moment and then suddenly hate your guts and try and slash your face off the next. Despite all this, Braxton is a loyal and true friend. He would do anything for the people he felt he was close to and wouldn't even bat an eye lash at some of the more gruesome ideas you can think of. To Braxton, strength is everything. His parent tried to instill in him that he should use his power to protect people who are weaker than he is. Braxton is brooding and difficult to predict. He thinks of himself highly and doesn't like to be looked down upon. His favorite thing to do when he is stressed is practice his telumkinesis. Summoning weapons from the air and using them to hack at trees is extremely calming to Braxton. Brax is not an overly flirtatious person, and doesn't really think to much about love and relationships. He always thought he was a little too grumpy for that kind of thing and no one would ever want to put up with him.

HISTORY

When you grow up a foster kid with no real grasp on whom your family was, or who they could have been, that is one thing. And for his little sister Octavia, the constant wondering and longing to be a part of something sometimes got the better of her. But Braxton was a completely different story. He had been young when they were taken from their parents, maybe two or three. Octavia had just been born and the doctor’s at the hospital reported to the Child Protective Services that the baby was addicted to Ecstasy. Despite insisting that there had been some mistake, the government intervened and took both children away from the Wyatt family. Like anyone, the Wyatt’s were not perfect. They had money troubles and a cruel roommate who smoked too much pot. But they loved their kids and would never have done anything to harm them. The day that CPS came to whisk Octavia and Braxton away from their home, his mother pulled him aside and begged him to always treasure Octavia and never let any harm come to her no matter where they went. The three year old Braxton would never forget the pure desperation that dripped off of his mother’s words, clouded her eyes, and seemed to be crushing her. In fact, it was the only thing Braxton truly remembers about his mother. Her complete devotion to making sure her kids were loved and taken care of. But kids get things wrong and Braxton learned much later that his parents were not the nice, great people he had remembered. Sure, they loved him. And yes, his mother wanted Octavia protected. But it was for all the reasons he would never understand. For them, the kids provided a much needed government income that helped them to buy drugs. Helene’s drug of choice was ecstasy so it was no surprise the Octavia showed signed of the drug in her system upon birth. After being taken from their parents, Braxton and Octavia worked hard to stay together. Moving from group home to group home and occasionally getting placed with a family who could take them both, Brax and Tavie moved around the country and were constantly living out of the trash bag they carried their clothes in. The pair never attended a single school long than three months until they were much older. At the age of fifteen, Braxton and his little sister were finally placed in a home that seemed promising. A large house with a family that seemed keen on adoption. They already had two foster children in their care, a set of twins that Braxton didn’t really have a chance to get to know. Octavia made fast friends with the girl, DANIELLE ANGELEA ROCKEFELLAR, before they were both moved to another home within the family. But the real treasure of this home were the biological children. Specifically, the daughter MELANIE ALESSA THORN, who was the same age as Braxton. She was beautiful, smart, funny. The chemistry was almost material and she made him almost regret that she was supposed to be family. For Braxton, everything seemed to be perfect. His sister was happy and making friends at school, she got along with the family well and Melanie was there. But he should have known. Nothing lasts forever and when nice things fall, they typically break into a million tiny pieces before it’s all said and done. And that is exactly what happened. Braxton is unsure about the specifics of the situation. He remembered getting a phone call from Octavia, who seemed distressed about something which was completely out of the norm. He remembered the foster dad thanking Melanie for coming forward and the last time he saw Octavia as she disappeared behind the heavy wooden door of that office. When he woke up the next morning she was gone, and Alex had gone with her. Without much information to go on, Braxton blamed Melanie, and after months of futile attempts to find the missing children, Braxton decided to go the one place he thought Octavia might run to, Ashford Academy. After a strained conversation with the foster family, Braxton packed his bags and left town, Wyoming-bound. He isn’t completely sure why he blames Melanie so fiercely for his sister leaving. It’s not like she packed the bags and shoved Tavie out the door, but it is easier to blame Mel than to believe that his sister, whom he had always loved and protected with his whole being, would leave him because things got a little hairy. It was no real surprise that Octavia wasn’t in Wyoming when Braxton got there, but he thought there was a higher change to find her with the help of the school behind him, so he stayed. The longer he was there without Octavia, the more his irrational anger for Melanie festered.

POWER	TELUMKINSESIS
POWER DESCRIPTION	There are many different kinds of telumkinesis, apparently. Braxton's particular brand is the more powerful of them, allowing him to conjure anything to be used as a weapon. There are a few snags in this awesome power, the most annoying of which being the five foot rule. Anything he conjures can't leave a five foot radius from him. Drops his sword? Poof, gone. Bow and arrow? Only if you want to hit them with it. Stapler? Sure why not, but don't expect those staplers to be useful once you leave the papers on the desk. Another flaw int he power is that he must conjure the item with the intent of using it as a weapon. Whether it be to hit a dummy, or attack a person, Braxton's power won't work if he just wants to conjure a ruler for giggles. He has to have the intention of smack someone or something with it. The way he gets around this is very Hulk like. He just decided that if he is always angry, he will always want to beat something up and then conjuring stuff is no big deal.
