The ability to summon weapons allows Danielle to take any weapon within her line of sight, barring complications such as super strength or another more powerful telumkinetic. She is limited to only two weapons at a time, though she only usually takes one unless she's going for a bow and arrows. They always land safely in her palm with no chances of impalement, even if she turns around or moves her hand. The only way for this to injure another person is if they step in to the path of an incoming weapon before it switches directions. Her definition of the word weapon can be pretty broad, as she can summon anything that she has the intent to use as a weapon or that she has seen used as a weapon before, such as a belt.

Dani moved to slap Gem's hand away before she remembered that he would just grab it...unless there was something she could grab on to. Her fight or flight instincts had kicked in and right now, she had the intent to use anything as a weapon. Part of her noticed the belt around his waist, one of her favorite things to practice with, and subconsciously started looking for the string attached to it. Unfortunately, she was so distressed that the intent was clouding her vision. Everything from the curtain rod to Gem's watch lit up with bright silver strings, waiting for her to grab them. It was overwhelming and she rolled away from him in an attempt to get away from it.
I'm perfect. She half yelled, half screamed as she pushed herself to her feet against the opposite wall. It meant so much nothing that you had to do it again, huh? Don't worry. Becca made sure that I knew everything. She even forwarded me your texts 'starlord'. She wanted to punch him, but she couldn't. Stupid reflexes.
And then, like magic, everything she wasn't looking for finally faded away and the strings attached to his belt, watch, and bracelet finally lit up above the rest and she half smirked to herself. Pulling them hard, she made sure he wouldn't have the ability to move as his arms moved towards her, shackled to her power by flimsy pieces of plastic and leather. Her right fist connected with his face before she shoved him backwards towards Raelynn and in to the room. Apparently angry worked well with her powers. You can keep him. She growled. If she was smart, she'd walk away before the pyrokinetic could react, but she wasn't feeling smart. She felt reckless. She wanted Raelynn to hurt her, bad. Maybe she hadn't done enough.

SUPERHUMAN AGILITY |
Gem has super human agility this allows him to have quicker than normal reactions to things. In battle it can aid him in reacting quickly to attack. He can also launch attacks quicker. His agility abilities have saved many plates and other items from falling on the floor and breaking. He can also use it to catch pretty girls from falling which is one of his favorite benefits.
Unfortunately it's more of a defensive power and so it's not as useful if he needs to do an offensive attack. Due to the fast speeds he can move at it can leave him open to making mistakes.

He wasn't surprised when Dani slapped his hand away he figured it was coming it didn't stop the sting of rejection. A pain formed in his chest that he hadn't truly ever experienced. Gemini had felt heart broken over Becca but this, this was devastating. The pain mixed perfectly with the guilt and disappointment he felt in himself making the perfect combination of self loathing. He shot a glare over his shoulder in Raelynn's direction though the glare wasn't meant for her directly I told you. I told you they were harassing her. He turned his attention back to Dani Baby I - the name slipped out out of habit before he had time to stop himself, he wasn't sure what to say this time the 'it's just a kiss' card wasn't playing. He felt the tug on his belongings keeping him from moving and then the sickening pain of her fist connecting with his face. Truth be known even if She hadn't kept him from moving he wouldn't have stopped her from punching him. He would have let her beat on him as much as she wanted if it would make the suffocating pain in his chest go away. If it would fix things. If it would keep her around. The minute she had released him after shoving him back he easily regained his balance. He wasn't sure he'd ever felt so helpless in his life. Dani...Please. His voice was desperate There was a hard lump forming in his throat and he tried to choke it down. His voice cracked Don't leave me. his words might have seemed like they came from a romantic place to outsiders but it was from something else, something deeper. He didn't want to live with out his best friend.

Raelynn has the ability to control and manipulate fire and heat. She is completely heat resistant. She can create fire, but it is easier, right now, for her to use fire that is already created to play with, hence the lighter. Raelynn is weak against cold weather, ice, and water which puts a damper on her power. She has to have sufficient oxygen to control fire and if, for some reason, she were suffocating, her power would instantly be harder to control.
She can use a small flame and, from that, create more fire far more easily than create fire from nothing. Raelynn can use her power as much as she wants, at least she will be able to after practicing at Ashford.

    If you have ever watched a cheesy independent film, when a girl finds out something earth shattering and they play the sound of breaking glass, that was what was really happening to Raelynn. The sound was so clear, so significant, that she could almost see broken pieces of her world falling away. She flinched at his words to Dani. How he was begging her not to go. He wanted forgiveness. He wanted Dani. Raelynn, covered her mouth with her hand to try and choke down the sob. For the most part, it had worked. She didn't even have the energy to be mad at him for playing her the fool, she was too broken.
Raelynn felt herself falling before she could really register what was going on. She was on her knees in her own doorway, leaning against the door frame for support. She was retreating and this time she could tell. There was a place deep in her heart where she used to lock away feelings. Any feelings. It was the only way she survived the basement of her childhood and she knew, deep down, it was the only way she would survive this. This was the exact reason she never wanted to fall in love. Being alone was better. Being alone was safer. She sucked in a deep breathe, the energy from the air helping her lock away that last bit of broken depression that had been lingering in her heart.
Finally, she was at peace again. She was herself again. She didn't need Gemini. Standing, Raelynn put a smile on her face. A devilish, emotionless smile that would never have reached her eyes in any circumstance. Anyone could see how heartless, soulless, the smile was, "Yeah. Dani. Stay with him." Her voice was deeper and darker than she remembered it, but that only helped her step back from the situation, "I'm done with him." She hummed a little tune she couldn't recognize as she moved to close the door.  |

That makes two of us. Dani quipped, kicking the box in Gemini's direction. Looks like you should have thought this one through. You tried to have us both, and now...you better hope that she takes you back Cooper. Because if I see you again, it'll be the last. Without even a second thought, she turned to walk down to her room, the keys already in hand so that she could open the door quickly and easily. Oh, and Rae. At least take the vodka out of there. He doesn't deserve it. It's birthday cake. I think you'll like it. If a man deserved to feel like an island right now, it was Gemini. She didn't care about Raelynn. At one point she had hoped they could be friends. Now...that seemed impossible. There was too much bad blood between them, but that didn't mean that she wasn't going to that last parting shot at Gem.

Raelynn raised her eye brows as Dani kicked the box towards her. She tilted her head to the side, still wearing the same, empty smile, "Oh, yumm!" She sighed, bending over to pick up the mostly full bottle, "Want to share? I have a ton of movies we can get drunk to!" Raelynn suggested excitedly, "I think my sister bought 50 Shades of Grey! You interested?" |
