Gem has super human agility this allows him to have quicker than normal reactions to things. In battle it can aid him in reacting quickly to attack. He can also launch attacks quicker. His agility abilities have saved many plates and other items from falling on the floor and breaking. He can also use it to catch pretty girls from falling which is one of his favorite benefits.
Unfortunately it's more of a defensive power and so it's not as useful if he needs to do an offensive attack. Due to the fast speeds he can move at it can leave him open to making mistakes.

He narrowed his eyes his first instinct was to shoot back some sarcastic, the way it can be a reflex to hurt someone back when they hurt you. He decided against it, regardless of what he thought Raelynn's motives were for showing up his dorm he shouldn't have said what he had, so if making sarcastic passive aggressive remarks were her way of dealing with it than, so be it.
For once he didn't want to talk about Becca but didn't want to be rude. Becca was a cut that would never heal, he wasn't sure if it was because She had been his first 'love' girlfriend and so by default she was just his 'person' the one that he'd never shake, that if she called him in the middle of the night he'd go regardless of what he was doing. Becca had been the glaring reason he had stopped having girlfriends. She had been the big sign that flashed 'You suck at this. give up. '
Yeah She probably would. I don't really understand powers like that I guess? Like I don't know. I like my power alright I just feel like so many other people have this weird deep connection with theirs and I'm over here like meh. He said trying to make polite conversation. Maybe He should have just stayed in the suite, his head hurt and even if Raelynn wasn't yelling at him he still felt off. He looked over the top of his sunglasses at a tan brunette in a string bikini walked by. Maybe He would stay. Absent mindly he said You can really heat up though He rubbed the area of his hand that She had managed to burn the previous night with his other hand. It still stung a bit.

Raelynn has the ability to control and manipulate fire and heat. She is completely heat resistant. She can create fire, but it is easier, right now, for her to use fire that is already created to play with, hence the lighter. Raelynn is weak against cold weather, ice, and water which puts a damper on her power. She has to have sufficient oxygen to control fire and if, for some reason, she were suffocating, her power would instantly be harder to control.
She can use a small flame and, from that, create more fire far more easily than create fire from nothing. Raelynn can use her power as much as she wants, at least she will be able to after practicing at Ashford.

Raelynn laughed and waved her fingers at Gemini cutely, "You better remember it, hun." She winked and walked in the water back to the edge of the pool to steal Gemini's mimosa. As she sipped, she tilted her head, ignoring the pervert checking out the other girl as she walked by, "You know..." She glanced one direction, then the other, checking to see if anyone was close enough to hear them. When she was certain no one would hear, she continued, "I don't recall ever being told what your power is..." She took another sip of the bright, orange-y drink. |

He cocked an eyebrow at her Oh Don't worry..You've already tried to burn many a times at this point. I won't forget. There was a sourness in his tone. He lifted himself out of the water so he could sit on the edge. His feet still hanging in the water. Uhm. He looked around to make sure no one was in ear shot as well out of habit though he was sure that Raelynn wouldn't be asking if there was anyone too close. Kissing. I'm really good at kissing. It's a super power you know. He gave her a playful wink But You know all about that, Don't you? But Uh in all seriousness, Agility. Kitty Cat reflexes and all. If that makes any sense? Nothing crazy flashy.
