cause we got that fire and I know why, we ain’t gonna die tonight. She was already getting towards the bottom of her first bottle of Mikes by the time a couple more people began showing up. It was actually starting to get kinda fun, there was more people than she originally thought were gonna show. Karys couldn't really stand the taste of hard alcohol so she never went crazy when it came to drinking. If anything she'd grab another Mikes and then call it a night. Too much would really make her have to pee and she wasn't planning on pissing out in the woods tonight.
Karys slid around people to grab herself another Mikes after all and when she got back to her spot near the picnic table, she noticed a really pretty, tall blonde girl had joined the group right next to the picnic table. The girl offered her a simple hey in greeting and Karys smiled and returned the favor, "Hey, I'm Karys." She felt like all she'd been doing tonight was introducing herself but hey, there wasn't much else to do when she didn't really know anyone.
Tucking some of her hair behind her ear, Karys popped open her second bottle of Mikes and left the top on the table next to her. The radio was sounding a bit dulled out by conversation so she inched the volume up a tad to hear it better. When a second girl arrived on the scene looking almost identical to the girl standing next to her, Karys shot a confused glance back and forth between the two. She hadn't even seen twins in real life and it was fairly confusing to say the least. "Twins?" She mentioned to the girl next to her, "That must be fun. Do you guys ever pretend to switch places?"

One of the guys she couldn't seem to remember the name of, she thought it might be Seth but wasn't sure, shot back with a reply, 'Funeral. It's where fun came to die.' which of course made her laugh. "We'll just have to fix that then!" She sung. Alaska tipped the beer bottle she'd grabbed upon first arriving to the party, back and chugged most of it. She was completely planning on getting hammered tonight so the sooner she put back the liquor the better. Seth, who'd first said anything moved over to pull out some of the harder liquor, setting up cups on the table and calling for shots. Now things were about to get a little more fun, Allie thought.
As she moved though the crowd towards the picnic table, she stopped to attempt to snag a couple girls to go over for shots with her. Stopping just in front of a tall blonde in a bandeau top and a cute pair of denim shorts, Alaska shot a smile at her and the other girls she was standing next too, "Wanna take shots with me?" The first girl looked like the sort of one who would be down for a little hardcore partying which is why Allie asked, and she included all the other girls in the offer because obviously the more the merrier. She turned a few degrees another way and called out to the girl sitting down by the fire with a scruffy looking guy sitting next to her, "Hey! Do you guys wanna take some shots with us?" She didn't figure the two by the fire would since they looked pretty comfortable with each other's company but she figured she'd ask anyways. Better to be nice than ignore the people she didnt know.
Without waiting for a reply from anyone, Alaska danced over to the picnic table and smacked a hand down on the top of it. "Hit me up with that fireball Mr. Bartender." She shot a grin in Seth's direction and waited for the first of many shots.

Seth has the ability to crawl up walls and other things. He's your regular real life Spiderman. His powers can benefit him in the element of surprise and also aid in avoiding attacks. It allows him to move quickly from building to building as long as the jump isn't too far apart. It's also beneficial in getting those top shelf items. One of the downfalls is that it isn't very helpful when he needs to be on the offense. Also Seth isn't always sure footed and has been known to fall and break a few bones. Luckily there isn't much Seth has to do to keep his power in check

 Don’t Know Why I’m Still Afraid If You Weren’t Real I Would Make You Up Seth felt relieved that someone was on his side trying to get people to drink. He poured a couple more shots of fire ball and handed pushing a couple toward Alaska. He took a couple more, being a borderline alcoholic had given him quite the alcohol tolerance. Therapy really would have been cheaper. After a good number of shots he started to feel the lingering feeling of a buzz coming on. He turned up the radio which was playing Tove Lo's Talking Body. Why he knew this was beyond him as it didn't fall into the category of Indie Rock or Punk. He dug in the cool and pulled out some sodas making a couple rum and cokes. He'd spent enough time in a bar to make a slew of cocktails. " Thanks.." He said to Alaska. Gem has super human agility this allows him to have quicker than normal reactions to things. In battle it can aid him in reacting quickly to attack. He can also launch attacks quicker. His agility abilities have saved many plates and other items from falling on the floor and breaking. He can also use it to catch pretty girls from falling which is one of his favorite benefits.
Unfortunately it's more of a defensive power and so it's not as useful if he needs to do an offensive attack. Due to the fast speeds he can move at it can leave him open to making mistakes.

Gemini Gem had heard their was a party down by the lake, he wasn't sure if it was going to be crazy as he liked but it's always worth checking out. It was better than sitting around the house. Plus If it wasn't fun, he'd just make it that way.
He threw on a white sleeveless shirt that showed off his muscular arms, chest and abs and a pair of navy blue swim trunks. He had every intention of getting drunk and going swimming. He headed toward the lake. As he approached he saw the smoke and heard the crackling of the fire. When he approached he was happy to see so many girls, some he knew and some he didn't.
"Don't Worry Everyone, The Party is Here." He said raising his arms up in a ta-da sort of way. He gave a happy wave to Dani.
He Saw a guy he didn't know pouring shots but only one person was taking shots and encouraging the other girls to do so. "Seriously? Okay. I'll Volunteer for body shots if you ladies will take them" He said with a laugh and a confident smirk.

Becca had never done shots before a day in her life, but she was pretty sure that the only ones who knew that were Gemini and maybe Danielle. Once he showed up she knew she should have stayed in the dorms or called Liam to make sure he was coming along. Ex boyfriend + alcohol=....she didn't even wanted to think about it, even though she grabbed one of the shots anyways and tried to down it like they did in the movies.
Apparently they called it fireball for a reason and Becca found that out the hard way. It wasn't anything like the wine coolers or beers she normally stuck to in the situations and she felt like she was going to be stick after just one shot. Reaching for a bottle of water, she ducked away from the crowd and hoped no one would notice the stupid move she had just made.

Raelynn has the ability to control and manipulate fire and heat. She is completely heat resistant. She can create fire, but it is easier, right now, for her to use fire that is already created to play with, hence the lighter. Raelynn is weak against cold weather, ice, and water which puts a damper on her power. She has to have sufficient oxygen to control fire and if, for some reason, she were suffocating, her power would instantly be harder to control.
She can use a small flame and, from that, create more fire far more easily than create fire from nothing. Raelynn can use her power as much as she wants, at least she will be able to after practicing at Ashford.

i'm slurring on purposeand it's certainly worth it ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ It was safe to say that parties were, quite possibly, one of Tally's most favorite things. She hadn't been at Ashford for more than five minutes when she overheard talk of a bonfire party at the lake. She entered her dorm to find it empty, with one side of the dorm occupied with the belongings of another girl and one side empty, obviously for her. Tally pulled her bag- she only had one- onto the bed and fished out some clothing to wear. She didn't have much, so it wasn't hard to find an outfit to wear.
Since the party was at the lake, she assumed there would be swimming; something that wasn't entirely Tally's forte, since it involved a lot of bare skin. All the same, she intended to have fun and wasn't about to let her power stop her. Hopefully she would be able to avoid any painful incidents. She slipped into her bathing suit, a simple black one piece with white polka dots. Tally was built very slender with little to none curves to boast, so bikinis weren't exactly a good fit for her. Plus, the one piece would cover up a bit more. Not that she minded flashing her skin; it was just that the less skin uncovered, the safer it was. Over top her suit she shrugged on a hoodie and a pair of leggings. Not ideal for the hot weather, but she didn't have much of a choice.
When she left the building, she was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't as hot out as she had anticipated. Being more north, the area was nice and cool in the summer, and while she was still a bit uncomfortable in such heavy clothing, it was much more bearable. Tally scanned the area for where the party would be, as she wasn't knowledgeable of the area yet and didn't know where everything was. She spotted some smoke to her left slightly east of where she was, and figured it was safe to assume that that was where the bonfire was. Her fingers subconsciously playing with the leather gloves she always wore on her hands as she walked over.
When she was closer, she began to spot the shapes of teenagers around the bonfire, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had drinks in their hands. It had been a while since she had drunk, and she had begun to miss it. Her time in Las Vegas had certainly kept her occupied and having fun, but ever since she had left her life had been...well, mildly uneventful. The chatter of voices and laughing got louder as she got closer, until she had finally arrived. The heat from the fire warmed her face, turning her cheeks a light pink. She'd probably not get too close to the fire; she felt warm enough without it. Glancing around and analyzing the environment, she spotted a handful of people beginning to do shots and, immediately intrigued, headed towards them.
"Shots, nice. Pass one my way?" Tally chirped, eyeing the drinks with her green eyes gleaming.

Seth shot her a quick thanks before grabbing some more drinks to mix up. Alaska was sure what he was thanking her for so she just tossed him a smile. "It was about time we got this party going." She snagged one of the cups of fireball and threw it back in one go. If there was one thing that she loved about fireball, it was the burn afterwards. She'd never really been a big fan of vodka, vastly preferring tequila or whiskey over the clear liquids. Considering helping Seth mix more drinks was just a momentary thought that crossed Alaska's mind. She was terrible at making drinks and would probably ruin something if she tried to help. So she just left him to the task.
A couple more shots in and Alaska could start to feel the alcohol burning its way through her system. There was nothing better than the feeling of a buzz starting. The sooner the world started spinning the better, she thought. One of the super popular radio songs that's already been played to death, came on and although she probably looked a bit dumb, Alaska danced happily around the picnic table, glad to be out and about instead of hole up in her dorm room. She turned around though at the sound of a new voice echoing across the bonfire. A guy, an extremely cute guy, had just arrived on the scene, and tossed his hands up in the air as a greeting. Alaska couldn't help eyeing the new guy up and down a few times and the corners of her mouth curled up in an appreciative smile as he drew closer into the group of people. He was really hot to say the least. "If you're volunteering than I'll be first in line cutie." She called out to him and winked.
When she was buzzed there was no such thing as subtle with her. Actually there was never any subtle in any part of Alaska's life. She'd never been big on the whole downplayed aspect of things, she honestly didn't really care most of the time. "Soooo does anyone want to go swimming?" she called out, "Cause I can totally do a backflip into the lake." Alcohol + backflips probably weren't the best of ideas, but Alaska had always been a fan of dumb incidents and being buzzed just made things even better.

CONTROLLING IS A BIT DIFFERENT. IT ISN'T A SPOKEN COMMAND IT IS MORE OF A MENTAL ONE. IT TAKES TOTAL CONCENTRATION AND SHE CAN'T CONTROL AN ANIMAL FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR, NOT THAT SHE WANTS TO. ANY LONGER AND IT CAUSES MASSIVE HEADACHES, NOSE BLEEDS AND IN SOME CASES SHE WILL PASS OUT BUT THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN TILL THE TWO HOUR MARK. THE SIMPLER THE COMMAND THE EASIER IT IS TO CONTROL THE ANIMALS. RAVEN PREFERS TO JUST ASK THE ANIMAL IF THEY ARE WILLING TO DO SOMETHING RATHER THAN CONTROL THEM. IF HER CONCENTRATION IS BROKEN SHE LOOSES CONTROL.

A party. She did enjoy a good party, the people, music, and often enough alcohol. It was a nice escape and a good change of pace from her usual day to day life. On top of it the party was at the beach which meant swimming. Raven loved to swim so the party was a double win. The only parties she every attended were those elite social gatherings that her parents couldn't avoid taking her to. She hated those. Sure she knew how to act in such settings but it did annoy her. Old money thing. Sure the parties were lavish with the gowns and gems but it was never fun. She didn't start attending fun parties till she arrived to the academe. Since then if there was going to be a party she usually was there. Raven made sure she was dressed for the part. She had no issues with showing skin. If anything going to the parties was to make some impression. She was hoping that some of her friends would be there even if it was just the ones she only talked to when it was convenient for both parties. Raven didn't mind having so many acquaintances and few close friends. It was a step up from what she was used to and it was nice to be wanted.
When she arrived at the lake it didn't take long for her to see the bonfire. As she walked over she was glad there were other people there. One thing she didn't like to do was be the first one at a party unless she was one of the people hosting it of course. Raven smiled as she walked closer to the group of people. She grabbed a Mikes and took a swig as she surveyed the scene. Shots sounded cool if she was an aid drinker. Sure she would take a couple here and there but it wasn't really her thing. Swimming was always a yes. She didn't really know the girl who suggested it too well but that didn't really matter. However, Raven decided it was better to wait and see if anyone else was going to take a dip before she decided to. She didn't really take the lead at parties. School projects and things like that sure, but parties were different. She took another swig of the drink before deciding to mingle some.

The ability to summon weapons allows Danielle to take any weapon within her line of sight, barring complications such as super strength or another more powerful telumkinetic. She is limited to only two weapons at a time, though she only usually takes one unless she's going for a bow and arrows. They always land safely in her palm with no chances of impalement, even if she turns around or moves her hand. The only way for this to injure another person is if they step in to the path of an incoming weapon before it switches directions. Her definition of the word weapon can be pretty broad, as she can summon anything that she has the intent to use as a weapon or that she has seen used as a weapon before, such as a belt.

Walking up behind Gem, Dani grabbed a shot just in time to watch Becca's failed attempt at fitting in. Oh well, at least she was half trying now. "I'll swim if your going. One more shot though." She wasnt even sure who she was talking to, but hey, might as well join in. and we're starting at the end

Aurora’s an empath. She can use her power to feel other people's emotions and assess situations around her. This can allow her to comfort people pretty easily and avoid other situations. Occasionally She can change someone's mood but it doesn't happen often, doing so is extremely draining and isn't worth the effort. One of the down falls to being an empath is it can be overwhelming when someone has intense emotions or when She is in a large group who is experiencing a lot of different emotions. Sensing other people's emotions can effect her mood.

As more people piled in Aurora decided to take refuge next, She didn't know why she hadn't expected this party to get bigger it was a meet and greet. She looked over the assortments of shots Seth had poured debating on what she wanted. She'd gotten drunk too many times on vodka the minute it touched her lips she'd gag. She decided on a shot of fireball before grabbing one of the rum and cokes Seth had made.
When Gem showed up she rolled her eyes, She'd had a quite a few interactions with him and found his center of attention, alpha male complex completely obnoxious. Oh Gem, You're so cute.. Until You open your mouth. She said with a sarcastic smile that you couldn't quite tell if She was being serious or joking.
Aurora noticed one of twins didn't seem as thrilled with Gem's arrival either and had taken a shot she very obviously didn't enjoy. Aurora followed the girl deciding that see if she was okay was better than standing around awkwardly at the party. Hey are you okay? She asked Becca with a concerned look. |

ANIMAL MORPHING (WOLF) |
Ralph's powers are actually that of Animal Morphing but he has yet to actually fully morph so it seems like its mere mimicry. Currently his abilities mean he has heightened senses, sight, hearing and scent.He also is highly sensitive to emotions and feelings (you've guessed it, yes be can smell fear). His powers are in the process of development and he's soon going to do the full morph. He's obviously very hairy from the power and he's also got many Wolf like quirks for example he will fight to gain dominance and if you win he is submissive. He sleeps curled up and will chase a ball if thrown to him. Another note is that Ralph is a carnivore and he eats ten times more than any eighteen year old does, he won't eat vegetables willingly. Also he's not allowed to have raw meat even slightly under cooked because it risks making him feral. He's also stronger than most eighteen years old and fitter with sharper reflexes but he's fairly easy to defeat when necessary, tranquilizers work very well.

| Notes// whoo | Ralph nodded at Dani's response to his question as to what she was drinking, he'd never drank in his life, he could smell the chemicals and it kind of made it hard for him to even consider, drinking. "Well it smells like it can kill you from the inside!" Ralph noted as he followed Dani over to the shots table. It wasn't long before the other male arrived and Ralph was immediately ruffled, he didn't show it though. This guy had a major Alpha male complex and well that with Ralph's Alpha male instincts and all this alcohol wasn't ever going to be a good mix.
Another more familiar scent distracted Ralph momentarily from the other guy who was apparently called Gem. A small smile broke out on his face when the source of the scent came into view. "Raven!" Ralph said happily bounding over to her, Raven was a fellow Junior and she and Ralph had got on quiet well. He watched as she got a beer for herself and wrinkled up his nose, "Your drinking the bottled poison too. Okay." Ralph wasn't judging and if drinking the stuff made his friends feel good then he wasn't going to stop them. |

The idea of a whole night partying made Gem hyper and he had no problem showing it as he went a mile a minute saying Hi to everyone. When he saw Rae He gave a big smile and wrapped an arm around her waist pulling her against him. Hey Rae.. Don’t you look pretty He said with his very usual mischievous grin. Gem winked at the cute blonde who had mentioned that She would take him up on his offer of body shots. He grabbed a couple shots from table and downed them. He made a mental note to talk to her later.
He turned quickly when Dani came up behind him he turned and wrapped her in a tight hug Dani! He exclaimed I should have known you'd be here! You better finish that shot quickly or I'm going to dump you in the lake regardless He teased.
He made a face at Aurora Oh Aurora how nice it is to see you and you’re being your usual lovely self. How Nice. He said dryly.
